PUERTO PRINSESA, Palawan (DWDD) – Western Command Commander, Lt Gen Rozzano D Briguez AFP awards the Distinguished Service Medal to Colonel Otto Thomas AM Pacia, PAF (GSC).
WESCOM acknowledges the honorable and valuable service rendered by the awardee as a member of #TeamWESCOM and Group Commander, 6th Civil Relations Group, Civil Relations Service, AFP from 16 January 2016 to 26 January 2018, held at Headquarters WESCOM during the Flag Raising Ceremony today.
Also a Plaque of Recognition, “The Palawan Paddle”, is presented to Col Pacia as a symbol of unfaltering strength and unwavering determination in assisting the Commander WESCOM for the implementation of AFP DSSP “Kapayapaan”. WESCOM /MCAG
