From the Philippine News Agency (Nov 5): Gov't troops seize 2 big NPA camps in Isabela

.... Colonel Miguel T. Puyao, spokesperson of the Army’s 5th Infantry Division based in Camp Melchor F. Dela Cruz, Upi, Gamu, Isabela, said on Monday that the two big NPA camps are located in Barangay Disulap, San Mariano, Isabela province and in Barangay Villa – Robles, Palanan, Isabela. He said that the soldiers under the Army’s 51st Division Reconnaissance Company captured last November 2 a freshly-abandoned NPA camp with structures at Barangay Disulap, San Mariano, Isabela province.... The other NPA camp, he also said, was discovered by the elements of the Army’s 86th Infantry Battalion in Barangay Villa – Robles, Palanan, Isabela last November 3 at 11 a.m....
