The Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Institute (BLMI) and Bangsamoro Development Agency ( BDA ) hold another capacity building program on accounting and management under the sponsorship of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) at BLMI Bldg., Crossing Simuay, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao from November 24 to 27, 2012. The twenty (20) male participants comprise the first batch selected from Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) members and institution’s catalysts. They came from Lanao, Davao, General Santos City, North Cotabato, Maguindanao and Cotabato City. Moro Women will compose the second batch slated from December 02-05, 2012. The four-day seminar workshop is focused on enhancing and providing basic, fundamental knowledge on financial matters. It is being facilitated by BDA Staff namely, Mr. Datu Hamlon E. Usman Head of BDA Finance, Miss Gina N. Sapi, BDA Finance Officer and Miss Saadah G. Padilla, BDA Cashier, all from the BDA Central Management Office (CMO).....
