Members of the U.S. Armed Forces from U.S. Pacific Command will participate in Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 13) with the Armed Forces of the Philippines from Oct 8-18, 2012. PHIBLEX 13 is a regularly scheduled exercise hosted annually by the Republic of the Philippines. PHIBLEX 13 is the 29th iteration in a continuing series of exercises designed to promote regional peace and security by ensuring interoperability and readiness of Philippine and U.S. forces.
