From the Philippine News Agency (Sep 26): Army disarm powerful IED in Maguindanao

Alert civilians helped prevent a powerful explosion of an improvised bomb when they immediately alerted soldiers in Maguindanao, the Army said. Col. Prudencio Asto, chief of public affairs office of the 6th Infantry "Kampilan" Division, said the IED fashioned from 105 mm mortars with mobile phone as trigger mechanism was put inside a sack and left unattended at a roadside in Barangay Macasampen, Guindulungan, Maguindanao.
