LOOK: San Andres, Quezon, declared as a “Stable Internal Peace and Security (SIPS) Municipality” through a Memorandum of Understanding on March 15, 2023.The declaration came after the “Surrender, Withdrawal of Support to CPP-NPA-NDF, and Recognition of People’s Organization” headed by the San Andres LGU, together with the 201st Infantry Brigade, 85th Infantry (SANDIWA) Battalion, Area Police Command Southern-Luzon, and Quezon Provincial Police Office.
