IN PHOTOS: Another encounter ensues between the operating troops of 501st Infantry Brigade and members of Komiteng Probinsya Cagayan at Isabela, Komiteng Rehiyon-Cagayan Valley in Barangay Tanglagan, Gattaran, Cagayan on Saturday, March 18.The encounter lasted for 40 minutes where two soldiers sustained minor injuries and were given immediate care.
It can be recalled that a day prior, the initial encounter with the same communist terrorist group occured which resulted to the death of an NPA combatant and recovery of various high powered firearms and subversive documents.
