The anti-communist groups denounce the longstanding atrocities and exploitation of women and children by the CPP-NPA-NDF in a rally staged anew at the Mendiola Peace Arc, Manila City. The groups also launched a new coalition of women, KOMTA, to provide a stronger condemnation of the rebel groups' terroristic acts against women and children.
