Jayvee Tyron Uy calls on the public to be “cautious and vigilant” in dealing with non-government organizations and other cause-oriented groups coming into their communities. In a press briefing, Uy says he has received a report that the New People’s Army is trying to rebuild its mass base in the Davao Region using its legal fronts.
