The Local Government Unit of Cabanglasan and the 8th Infantry Battalion of the 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, dialogued with the children of Sitio Calacapan Barangay Canangaan, Bukidnon on November 10, 2019.
In response to the expressed desire of the young constituents, The LGU led personally by its Municipal Mayor led in the distribution of foodstuff and the conduct of a dialogue with the more or less 50 children believed to be affected by the NPAs’ exploitation.
Sitio Calacapan was identified by the security forces as the supply route of the NPAs and sometimes used as their resting place.
