In connection with the implementation of E.O. 70, the Samar Poverty Reduction Livelihood Employment Cluster (PRLEC) launched today, October 14, 2019, the Community Based Skills Training Program at Brgy. Hibacaan, Covered Court, San Jose de Buan, Samar.

The 13-day skills training include Produce Organic Vegetables, Produce Organic Fertiliser, Raise Organic Ruminants, Raise Organic Chicken, and Raise Organic Hog and was participated in by 70 individuals.


Successful trainees will soon receive Organic Agriculture Production NC II certified by TESDA.

LTC Edgar Allan O. Orbito of the 8th CMO Battalion, Philippine Army, represented the Commander of 801st Brigade in the opening program.

He said the Brigade will work hand in hand with other government agencies to deliver the services that the people need.

TESDA Samar Director Engr. Enrico Banario in his message said, "Sa tulong ng 801st Brigade at PNP, andito na ang programa na kailangan ninyo.” (PIA-8/8ID)
