Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff, LtGen Noel S Clement expects incoming Philippine Military Academy (PMA) acting Superintendent, Rear Admiral Allan Cusi, to make a positive impact during his stint at the country's premier military school.
LtGen Clement is also confident that Cusi will succeed given his known competence as a trainer, mentor, leader, and commander in various levels of command and staff positions.
