Joint Task Force (JTF) – Negros Commander BGen. Eric Vinoya is daydreaming and floating on the air with his statement aiming to convince red fighters of the NPA to abandon armed struggle and return to the fold of government to receive freedom and various services of the reactionary state.
The counter-revolutionary campaign’s desperation in sowing terror and curbing the intensifying and broadening struggle of the oppressed masses hints of the fascist Duterte regime’s panic along with its militarist dogs. From the implementation of Memorandum Order 32, Executive Order 70, and the recently formed Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) under the NTF-ELCAC, the lastest JTF Negros only exacerbates injustice that triggered the spillage of blood right here in Negros Island.
However, beyond the worsening brutality of the US-Duterte regime, it continues to fail because of the accumulation of the people’s outrage and the fervour of the whole revolutionary force to demand reckoning and make the fascist reign of Duterte pay for all crimes committed against the Filipino people.
Duterte’s evil work exhibits the rottenness of his decaying dictatorship that can never be concealed. Indeed to all butcher officials in the AFP and PNP, prepare for your warranted defeat. And to the AFP/PNP rank-and-file who have witnessed the violence, corruption, anomalies and inhumane schemes within your ranks, it is not yet too late to change your ways and join the revolution.
The NPA is ever-ready as the soldiers of the oppressed class to do everything to frustrate all anti-people military campaigns. The NPA is determined to wage successive tactical offensives against the mercenary AFP/PNP to weaken the Duterte regime until it can be overthrown. The whole revolutionary force will intensify further protracted people’s war to carry forward the national democratic revolution to a higher stage up to victory. #
