“That in our capacity as members of the said program, we promise to uphold the objectives set by this program and inherit others to do the same,” the youth officials stated.

KKDAT is a program of the Philippine National Police that first launched in Region 11 on November 9, 2018. It aims to organize a youth movement that encourages and strengthens the youth’s ability in suppressing the illegal drug and terrorism problem in the country.

This is also to organize, train and mobilize the youth and student sectors as advocacy support groups that will stand against illegal drugs and terrorism through the advocacy program of the PNP, and to inflame the spirit of volunteerism among youth and students sectors through the police community relation platforms and programs.
