LOOK: In support to MALAYANG HALALAN 2019, the 4th Infantry Battalion utilize Loudspeakers onboard military vehicles and roam around Oriental Mindoro towns to educate voters on the election process and entice them to participate in the elections as well as to bring good news and glimpse of hope to CPP-NPA members through the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) in support of Localized Peace Talks.
