The Chair of MILF Peace Implementing Panel Mohagher Iqbal explained the benefits that Isabela City can partake if included to BARMM after the ratification of Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL).
"Not all issues will be addressed by the Bangsamoro Organic Law but at least the substantive provisions are there", he said.
"The youth shall have representation in the Bangsamoro Parliament and there will be an office to be created in BARMM," he further said.
BTC Commissioner Dr. Susana S. Anayatin discussed the provisions pertaining to migrant settlers and youth.
"Christians are free to live in Bangsamoro homeland once the BOL is ratified as a law," Anayatin said.

Ms. Feb Unique Y. Zanoria expressed her gratitude, and wished that more fora on understanding BOL be conducted in the city.
"We now have the knowledge to explain to our parents the BOL. The issue is not about YES or NO but make sure when you go to poll precinct you know the reasons why you vote for YES and why you vote for NO", Zanoria said.
"We are happy because we are enlightened about BOL before January 21 plebiscite", she said.
