CAMP O’DONNELL, Capas, Tarlac (DWDD) – The Mechanized Infantry Division, Philippine Army conducted donning of ranks to the sixteen (16) newly promoted Major of this unit held at Mechanized Division conference room.

Brigadier General Bismarck D Soliba AFP, Assistant Division Commander, led the donning of ranks to the newly promoted officers and witnessed by the officers, key Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and Civilian Employees of the command.

Cpt Reyanldo C Valencia of TAS, Cpt Emmanuelle S Adriano of DPAO, Cpt Aristotle G Sumajit of 3Mech Bn, Cpt Leo M Mirador of GSMO, Cpt Rommel M Montemayor of OIG, Cpt Joel R Aclan of AABn, Cpt Donny Val C Gamao of OG3, Cpt Raymund V Velasco of OSGS, Cpt Debbie S Iglesia of GADO, Cpt Marlon R Maggay of OG8, Cpt Reymund M Cueva of OG7, Cpt Irben G Rimando of AABn, Cpt Edgel E De Vera of ACDO, Cpt Ernan C Capulong of 1LACT, Cpt Richard B Sacpa of 3Mech Bn and Cpt Mae Cairene B Arabening of OG1 were promoted to the rank of Major.
