NAVAL BASE HERACLEO ALANO, Sangley Point, Cavite City (DWDD) – The Philippine Fleet rendered Arrival Ceremony to the Royal Malaysian Navy Patrol Vessel KD Selangor 176 at Captain Salvo Pier, Naval Base Heracleo Alano, September 23, 2018.
The Royal Malaysian Navy sent KD Selangor PV176 skippered by Commander Khairisharizal Salehin RMN to carry the participating Sailors in the annual MTA MALPHI-LAUT 21-18 hosted by the Philippine Navy at Naval Base Heracleo Alano from September 24 to 28, 2018.
