From DWDD AFP Civil Relations Service Radio Website (Nov 2): BACK HOME | 2nd Scout Ranger Battalion given Heroes Welcome
NSFA, Panacan, Davao City (DWDD) – A Heroes Welcome was rendered by the AFP Eastern Mindanao Command (EASTMINCOM) to the gallant soldiers of the 2nd Scout Ranger Battalion.
The soldiers valiantly fought off members of the Daesh-inspired Maute terror group that violently wreaked havoc in Marawi City.
Aside from the officials and soldiers of EASTMINCOM, the Local Government Unit, citizens of Panacan, Davao, family members and friends warmly welcomed the heroes back home. AES/Photos by EASTMINCOM
