RAWIS, Legazpi City (DWDD) – The Chief Nurse, AFP, Col Nilda L Nesperos NC (GSC) and her party visited Headquarters Naval Forces Southern Luzon to assess the performance and evaluate the morale level of the Medical Dispensary personnel anchored on the standard of delivering safe and quality patient care and to address possible issues and concerns.
