PUERTO PRINSESA, Palawan (DWDD) – Soldiers and personnel of the AFP Western Command (WESCOM) actively participated in the “3rd Walk to Serve” of the Philippine Civil Service Commission as part of its117th Anniversary Celebration with the theme “Tugon sa Hamon ng Pagbabago: Malasakit ng Lingkod Bayani” held at Puerto Princesa City Coliseum.
