President Duterte honors PNPA 2017 graduates

From the Philippine Information Agency (Mar 23): President Duterte honors PNPA 2017 graduates

The Philippine National Police Academy will be holding its 38th Commencement Exercises this Friday, March 24 at the Gen. Cicero C. Campos Grandstand in Silang, Cavite.

President Rodrigo Duterte will serve as the guest of honor and speaker to lead the graduation rites of the 144 cadets belonging to the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) Masidlak Class of 2017.

The graduates comprised of 98 cadets for the Philippine National Police (PNP); 31 cadets for the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and; 15 cadets for the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) will march in this year’s commencement exercises.

Masidlak Class of 2017 boasts of 10 excellent cadets with Cadet Macdum D. Enca, class valedictorian, followed by Cadet Midzfar Hamis Omar and Cadet Janace Elcid Pascua Layug Top 2 and Top 3 candidates respectively.

Other guests to give the awards of excellence and grace the event are DILG Secretary, Ismael D. Sueno, PNP Chief PDG Ronald M. dela Rosa, PPSC President, PDDG Ricardo F. de Leon (Ret), Ph.D., PNPA Director, PCSupt. Randolf R. Delfin, BJMP chief JDIR Serafin P. Barretto, Jr., BFP Chief FDIR Bobby V. Baruelo and Cavite Governor Jesus Crispin Remulla.
