 4MBN HEADQUARTERS, Roxas, Palawan (DWDD) – The 4^th Marine Battalion will conduct a Squad Leader Development Program on 09 December 2016 with the theme “Enhancing squad leader’s reliability in accomplishing unit mission”.

The event will held at the 4^th Marine Battalion Headquarters at Barangay Minara, Roxas, Palawan.

The program aims to prepare junior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) in performing leadership roles and guide and direct young Marines in making tactical and complex decisions. 4MBN / MCAG
