Four more extrajudicial killings by the New People's Army (NPA), the military wing of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP).
ReplyDeleteBut where is the hue and cry of gross NPA human rights violations from the leaders of KARAPATAN (The Alliance for the Advancement of People's Rights)the arrogant, self-appointed arbiters of human rights in the Philippines?
Does KARAPATAN condemn the actions of the NPA? Does the group dare even criticize the NPA just a little bit? Nope. Dead silence.
KARAPATAN's failure to uphold the rights of all Filipinos regardless of political affiliation belies the true purpose and function of the group as a human rights propaganda front organization of the CPP/NPA.
