National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO)Acting Regional
Director, Chief Supt. Joel Pagdilao was promoted to two star Police Director
rank (equivalent to Major General in military rank).
Pagdilao expressed his gratitude to all the people who stood
behind him all these years.
He added that his promotion paves way for a greater
responsibilities and challenges, of which he is committed and prepared to
accept and undertake.
Pagdilao credited his success, then and now, from all the
support and cooperation of all NCRPO personnel.
“This promotion is yours too. We will always be one in
public service,” he stated.
Pagdilao is a member of Philippine Military Academy
“Maharlika” Class of 1984. He is the NCRPO Acting Regional Director effective
July 29, 2015 after Police Director Carmelo Valmoria rendered his retirement.
Pagdilao is known for his subtle leadership style as he held
various significant positions over his three (3) decades in law enforcement. He
proved his commitment to duty and his capability to rise above challenges in
the police service when he was District Director of the Quezon City Police
District; executive officer, Directorate For Integrated Police
Operations-Visayas; Deputy District Director For Administration, Quezon City
Police District; Deputy District Director For Operations, Quezon City Police
District; Chief Directorial Staff, Of The Headquarters Support Service; And
Chief, Criminal Investigation And Detection Division, CIDG.
