From the Philippine Information Agency (Aug 15): Phil. Army receives motorcycle from Cagayan PLGU
The Philippine Army’s 17th Infantry Battalion based in
Alcala town has recently received two units motorcycles from the provincial
government here.
Gov. Alvaro T. Antonio said the motorcycles will be used to boost the mobility and visibility of the battalion especially in secluded areas.
He said the provision of said vehicles is in support of the Philippine Army’s patrol mission to maintain peace and order in the province.
Earlier, the provincial government also provided patrol vehicles and CCTV cameras to the Philippine National Police here to further improve the peace and order situation in the province.
