Students from Ateneo de Davao University join the blood bucket challenge at the Freedom Park, Davao City on Wednesday, 3 September 2014. The students joined the protest in response to criticisms by Capt. Nathaniel Morales, of the Army’s 10 Infantry Division, who called student organizations like the College Editors Guild of the Philippines as “fronts of New People’s Army and threats to the national security.” MindaNews photo by Toto Lozano

  1. Commies don't like being called commies. It's all part of their grand deception. With antics like the above, the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) front organizations have cowed the local media into referring to them as "people's" organizations, "militant" groups, or "progressive" organizations. Bottom line: these groups all tow the CPP political/propaganda line.
