8 November 2012- Guam National Guard, headed by Major General Benny M. Paulino, together with Col. David B. Riano, Col. George L. Cherfauros, Jr. Maj. Jumariel V. Castro, Capt. Ken S. Ole and Msg. Jocelyn Salas, visited the Philippine Consulate General in Agana on October 30. The team briefed Cosul General Bayani Mangibin on the State Partnership Program (SPP) between the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Guam National Guard. The purpose of the briefing was to provide a yearly review of the implementation of the SPP.
