From the MILF Website (Nov 9): Moro dev’t agency holds training on value transformation
The Bangsamoro Development Agency-Southern Mindanao (BDA-SouthMin) Region held a two-day Training of Trainers on Values Transformation on November 6 and 7, 2012 at BJ’s Lechon Manok at General Santos City geared to equip the participants with comprehensive knowledge on values and its importance in personal development and development works. The training was participated (in) by nine BDA-SouthMin staff and nine Asatidz (Islamic school teachers) who will be dispatched to nine beneficiary barangays in Sarangani Province to facilitate similar training as part of the social preparation for the Community Volunteers (CVs). The CVs come from Barangays Mindupok, Ticulab and Maguling in Maitum; Barangays Lumasal, Daliao and Amsipit in Maasim; and Barangays Lun Masla, Libi and Tuyan in Malapatan. These communities will receive development assistance from the Mindanao Trust Fund-Reconstruction and Development Program funded by the European Union, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, USA, Australia, Sweden and the World Bank....

The Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA) is the economic development arm of the MILF and is charged with planning/implementing economic development activities in MILF-influenced conflict-affected communities.
