formally opens in Subic
The PHL-US Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX) 2013 formally opened on Monday
at the Subic Bay Freeport signaling another year of great friendship and
cooperation between the Philippines and United States.
Filipino and American sailors and marines, as well as members of the
Philippine Army (PA) and the Philippine Air Force (PAF) participating for this
year's PHIBLEX gathered at the flight deck of the USS Bonhomme Richard for the
formal start of the bilateral military exercise....
