From the Manila Standard Today (Oct 7): Reds tag military base as US camp
The Communist Party of the Philippines on Saturday said a major military base in Mindanao has been converted into a “permanent camp” of a large number of American soldiers. “At any given time, the US military has thousands of military personnel in the Philippines, most of which are permanently stationed in the Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF-Philippines) headquarters inside Camp Navarro in Zamboanga City,” it said in a statement....
