The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) welcomed the announcement by President Benigno Aquino III Sunday of the forging of an agreement for the creation of a Bangsamoro state, and expressed hope it signals enduring peace in the South. "It's good. We have been waiting for this for many, many long years, at masaya ang mga Bangsamoro, pati na hindi Bangsamoro sa [and both the Bangsamoro and the non-Bangsamoro are happy in] Mindanao. They should be happy because finally the Bangsamoro issue will be addressed and resolved," said MILF Vice Chairman for Political Affairs Ghazali Jaafar. He said the announcement made by the President was only an initial agreement and a comprehensive, compact accord will be signed later....
