3 Suspected CPP-NPA Members Indicted for Recruitment of Minors
CASE FILED. Personnel of the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Western Visayas assist the minors and their parents in the filing of charges against the accused of qualified trafficking in persons before the Bacolod City Prosecutor’s Office in November last year. The De la Cerna couple and their daughter have been charged before the Regional Trial Court earlier this month.
