HADR mitigation plans include distribution of relief goods to 52 affected families at Barangay Kapanikian; and residents of Casambalangan, Limbus, and Dumasag were advised to evacuate and were brought to different designated evacuation areas like Tangatan gymnasium and Santa Ana gymnasium, she added.
