Palawan Task Force - ELCAC joins the Global Institute for Youth Development, together with the City Government of Puerto Princesa through its Youth Development Office on the conduct of National Young Leader’s Conference 2019 on November 23, Saturday at the City Hall, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

The NYLC 2019 started last November 22 and it will culminate on November 26, 2019 participated by 400 youth leaders delegate all over the country. It serves as an avenue in equipping next generation grassroots leaders with practical knowledge and necessary competencies in order for them to effectively spearhead or participate in sustainable development initiatives.
