Team Task Force Balik-Loob led by Ms. Alexandra Nicha, the StratCom Secretariat, paid a courtesy visit to the Western Mindanao Command at its headquarters in Camp Don Basilio Navarro, Calarian, this city earlier today, September 23, 2019.
The team was welcomed by WestMinCom Deputy Commander for Operations, Brigadier General Generoso Ponio, and the Command Staff.
They are set to conduct series of interviews with the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) beneficiaries and stakeholders, and shoot/record episodes for the Task Force Balik-Loob radio program entitled “Balik-Loob Sa Pagbabago”.
Meanwhile, the AFP’s Information Operations (IO) team also paid a courtesy call to Brig. Gen. Ponio at the Bautista Lounge of the command.
The team, led by Lieutenant Colonel Julius Cabarloc, will conduct a 2-Day Symposium to equip the IO practitioners of this command with knowledge on how to conduct IO in support PRRD’s directive to end the threat groups before the year ends.
