"Several Barangays of Lopez, Macalelon, Gumaca, Buenavista and Mulanay all of Quezon Province declared the terrorist groups Communist Party of the Philippines – New People’s Army – National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) as persona non-grata for their ruthless acts and harassments to the people in the communities.
The Barangay of San Francisco B of Lopez, Quezon was first to make the declaration following the terrorist groups' acts that caused sufferings to the people for being inhumane and for doing senseless activities.
