President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday raised anew the reward money for either death or capture of the murderers of four police officers in Negros Oriental.
From P1.3 million, the Chief Executive has raised the bounty to P3 million for the immediate arrest of those behind the murders of police personnel in Ayungon town in Negros Oriental.
“Just bring to me the head of that s** ** * ***ch,” President Duterte said in his speech in Ilocos Sur during the inauguration of a major road in Candon City.
The slain policemen were Cpl. Relebert Beronio and patrolmen Raffy Callao, Ruel Cabellon, and Marquinto de Leon.
They served as intelligence personnel of the 704th Mobile Force Company of the Philippine National Police in Central Visayas.
They were shot in the head while hogtied on July 18, allegedly by rebels from the New People’s Army.
Ayungon Police Chief Capt. Romel Luga identified the suspects as Victoriano Bangala Anadon Jr., Jonathan Baldivino, Rengie Anadon Baluhabo, Gelie Anadon Ebedo, Joseph Torres Ogates, and Jelly Anadon Ebedo.
Duterte said that if the bounty has reached P15 million and the murderers were still at large, he will order the persecution of any NPA leader.
“If it has reached fifteen million, just bring to me any leader. Kill him,” Duterte said.
“Well, if they want killing, I told the military, ‘Give it to them. Give it. They want murders,’” he said.
