From Kalinaw News (May 2, 2019): Soldiers lend helping hands



Brgy Cabingan, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur (Station) – Over 708 Marawi
Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) Families receives relief goods from DSWD Region 10 with 12th Civil-Military Operations Battalion support at Brgy Bubonga Cadayunan and Tongantongan, Marawi City, May 1, 2019.

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region 10 continuously supports Marawi Siege Affected families with efforts of 12th CMO Battalion headed by Lt Colonel Andres A. Soriano that aims to bring back the strength of every families of Marawi IDPs and heal those unforgettable experience they had been through from the past. The 12th CMO Battalion extend its support and provide manpower for security for the
distribution of relief goods to every barangays affected in Marawi City.

Hijab Troopers is in charged in assisting all the children and women of the said barangays and make sure that they will be accommodated as much as they needed.

Up to date, the Philippine Army in coordination of our government agencies still reaching its effort and help to establish the new marawi : free from terrorism and establish a new beginning.
