In the just concluded closing Ceremony of the Candidate Soldier Course Class 569-2018 held at the Headquarters of 10th Infantry (AGILA) Division, Philippine Army, in Mawab, Compostela Valley, a Former Rebel graduated on top of his class out of 132 Candidate Soldiers last Sunday, April 28.
