The newly designated commander of Joint Task Force “Talakudong”, Colonel Pedro Balisi Jr., paid a courtesy call to Tacurong City Mayor Lina Montilla at the City Mayor’s Office yesterday (April 10).



He was accompanied by Colonel Efren Baluyot, Commander of the 1st Mechanized Infantry (Maaasahan) Brigade.

Colonel Balisi, Jr. is also the concurrent Deputy Brigade Commander of 1st MIB.
