BULUAN, Maguindanao (DWDD) – The Office of the Maguindanao Provincial Governor conducts joint Provincial Development Council (PDC), Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) Meeting presided by Governor Esmael G. Mangudadatu.
