COL JESUS VILLAMOR AIRBASE , Pasay City (DWDD) – Commissioner on Higher Education, Prospero E. De Vera III officially dons his rank as a Lieutenant Colonel of the Philippine Air Force last August 11, 2017 at the Staff Lounge, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City with the Commanding General, PAF Lieutenant General, Edgar R Fallorina AFP as the Presiding Officer.

A professor at the University of the Philippines for Public Administration and Vice President of Public Affairs, Ltc De Vera was also the Adviser to the Government of the Philippines (GPH) Negotiating Panel with the National Democratic Front- Communist Party of the Philippines – New Peoples’ Army (NDF-CPP-NPA).
