Peace be upon you all.

By the authority of H.E. Prof/Dr. Nur P. Misuari, MNLF Founding Chairman and President of the Bangsamoro Republik (BMR), you are hereby instructed to join us in celebrating/commemorating the upcoming 49th Birth Anniversary of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) and Declaration of the Bangsamoro National Freedom Day to be held in the historic town of Jolo as s...cheduled at 7 o'clock in the morning until 1 o'clock in the afternoon on March 18, 2017. The anniversary will be highlighted with the parade in the heart of Jolo and to be participated by MNLF's adherents, supporters and sympathisers from different parts of MINSUPALA.

Afterwards, all the participants will proceed to the Astana' on MT. Dragon to participate
in the final affairs of the 49th Founding Anniversary's celebration of the MNLF as set at 3 o'clock in the afternoon of the same day.
