From the Philippine News Agency (Feb 6): (1st Lead) NDFP consultant, 2 others now in custody of CIDG-11
A consultant of the National Democratic Front of Philippines (NDFP) and two of his companions are now in the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) after they were held Monday morning by Task Force Davao at the Sirawan checkpoint in Davao City.
Ariel Arbitrario, who sits as NDFP consultant for the Political and Constitutional Reforms, driver Rosario Sinday and companion Roderick Mamuyac were on board a white Chevrolet heading to Davao del Sur when they were flagged down by TF security force.
They were immediately turned over by TF Davao to CIDG XI.
