“The United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) is a sole principled political party in the Philippines”, said party President Al Haj Murad Ebrahim during the 1st General Assembly of the UBJP Trained Party Workers at Camp Darapanan, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao on November 5, 2016.

The assembly was attended by a huge number of participants from Central Mindanao, Western Mindanao, Eastern Mindanao, Northern Mindanao and even from Metro Manila. He said, practices in the country are that a politician is joining certain political party if the head of the country belongs to that political party and get out from it if he finds the subsequent president belonging to other political party is in his favor.

Atty. Benedicto Bacani, Executive Director of the Institute of Autonomy and Governance (IAG) reiterated during the assembly the IAG’s continuing commitment to be partner of the UBJP in the latter’s trainings and development.

The Chief of the Committee on Documentation and Publication Dr. Parido R. Pigkaulan introduced the party workers including those trained in Turkey, Malaysia, Metro Manila, Davao City, Zamboanga City, Marawi City, Cotabato City and other places. They were led by the party’s key officials namely: Sammy Al Mansoor, Secretary General; Ghazali Jaafar, Vice President for Central Mindanao; Aleem Ali Solayman, Vice President for Northern Minndanao; Atty. Naguib Sinarimbo, Deputy Secretary General; Dr. Taugan S. Tikay, Chief of the Training and Education Committee; and Ustadz Abdulkadir Abdullah, Assistant Executive Officer of Maguindanao.

Lectures and workshop dominated the activities during the assembly.
