With the incoming administration of President-elect Rodrigo Duterte, there is renewed hope that the government and the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) will return to the peace table. CNN Philippines sat down with government peace negotiator Alex Padilla on what should be done to make sure that this time, an agreement for true and lasting peace will be signed.
