Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, Director Ricardo C.
Marquez has approved a minor reorganization of senior officers occupying key
positions in different levels of the PNP command.
The reorganization stemmed from the recent retirement of
several senior officials in the Command Group and Directorial Staff.
Designated to due positions effective June 1, 2016 were:
Chief Supt. Ronald V. Santos was assigned as
Officer-in-Charge, Deputy Director of Civil Security Group (CSG);Chief Supt.
Lurimer B. Detran as Officer-in-Charge, Deputy Director of Directorate for
Comptrollership (DC); Chief Supt. Elmo O Sarona as Deputy Regional Director for
Operations - NCRPO;
Chief Supt. Billy B. Beltran Officer-in-Charge of PRO – 9;
Chief Supt. Pedro U. Obaldo Jr. as Deputy Director of DIPO – Sourthern Luzon;
Sr. Supt. Abad H. Osit as Officer-in-Charge, Executive Officer of DIPO-VIsayas;
Sr. Supt. Valfrie G. Tabian as Officer-in-Charge of PRO – 4A (Calabarzon);
Sr. Supt. Timoteo G. Pacleb as Officer-in-Charge, Deputy
Regional Director for Administration of PRO – 4A (Calabarzon); Sr. Supt Charlo
C. Collado as Officer-in-Charge, Deputy Regional Director for Administration of
PRO – 10;
Sr. Supt. Ramon O. Purruganan as Officer-in-Charge,
Executive Officer of Directorate for Comptrollership (DC); Sr.Supt. Amando Clifton
Sr. Supt. Dennis L. Basngi was reassigned to Special Action
Force (SAF).
The new designations were also recommended by the Senior
Officers Procurement and Promotion Board (SOPPB).
