Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, DWDD — Incoming National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon said that there’s no room for coup de’tat on Duterte administration.

In an interview, Esperon was asked about Trillanes’ plan of coup de’tat in Duterte’s term,  he mentioned, “tignan naten kung meron nga baka naman he is just talking through air”. He also added Trillanes’ plan of coup de’tat is not the solution to the problem.

When asked about the role he played in quelling coup de’tat during the time of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Esperon said that he learned his lesson.

Furthermore, Esperon said that the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) has learned a lot from the past experiences.
