Valdez named new PMC commander

From the Philippine News Agency (Dec 3): Valdez named new PMC commander

The Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) was appointed a new commanding officer in the person of Major Gen. Remigio Valdez Thursday.

Turnover ceremonies took place at BNS Grandstand, Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

Valdez replaced Major Gen. Romeo Tanalgo who was appointed Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) vice chief-of-staff in November.
